Growth mindset. OG is a place where you consistently get better and have some of the best sales professionals around. In the midst of many tech companies doing layoffs and the tech bubble bursting, we are consistently blowing out quarters. Working with the government market is actually pretty exciting as we make a real world impact. As with any growth company there is definitely some change but it its a part of growing up. In my time here we have made significant improvements to training and tools. Yea some of the process things are annoying but the net net has made the entire org so much better. I believe the outlook is extremely bright as we are pre-IPO.

OpenGov is a great organization for value-driven sales reps looking to grow. The company's culture is sales-focused and leadership is doubling down on its investment in our people and processes. There are some minor growing pains, but the company is heading in a great direction. It's an exciting time to be an employee at OpenGov.
