This is a unique GovTech organization. The OpenGov team has a strong sales culture, an incredible portfolio of products, and some of the best people and processes in the business. The org is constantly evolving, so if you aren't comfortable with change, it may be a difficult transition. The work is gratifying but the workload can be more substantial than a typical SaaS org.

OpenGov rewards hard workers and encourages going the extra mile. With where OpenGov is in its growth, it is a high performance driven culture, and for some, that may not be the best fit (for me, it is!). I have seen extremely talented people excel, and those looking for a cushier job find OpenGov to be a bit too difficult. To each their own.
