Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Over the course of a year and a half in the SDR role, support from the Director level and above was obsolete at best. Recycled leads from 3 months or sooner seems to be the normal and 5 year old articles are still being referenced and sent. I’ve never been apart of such a mismanaged, dysfunctional sales department in my entire career. The bling truly lead the blind within the org. They promote people with little to no experience and sandbag tenured employees. Inside sales lost all tenured employees within three months of the director taking over making the longest tenured employee in inside sales 11 months. It was 7 years. Work here if you want to see entertainment and dysfunctional organization. Don’t work here if you take your career seriously
