OTE is very hard to hit. Maybe 1-2 reps out of 12 actually hits it in AMER. Leadership is great but product doesn't stand out enough for being priced much higher than other competitors. Territories and outbound strategies are changed drastically constantly. Managers are friendly as well as other team members. Base pay could be higher but is on par with other SDR...Read More
