This company had a plan for growth and the employees were excited about it. The company's board got in the way and had no patience to see it through, and pulled the plug with 50% layoffs in what seems like an effort to sell the company. Employees have lost all trust in leadership.

Leadership seemed to have a great plan, but abandoned it shortly thereafter. A bad earnings call led to the decision to lay off 20%+ of the company, including some high level leadership. Started as a great journey full of opportunity but it definitely feels like some overhiring was done with not enough results behind it. We have gone through a thirdlayoff in theblast 12 months including a complete changen in leadership.
