Not for the weak-hearted. Decent earning potential if you finish in the top 5% of all sales agents. Questionable leadership has lead to tremendous employee turnover rate. "Churn and burn" business concept, no care for employees. An entry level sales job for recent college graduates who are having trouble getting their foot in the door.

The "company" targets uninformed senior citizens and seeks to switch their insurance coverage no matter the cost.
