Current Employee The "company" targets uninformed senior citizens and seeks to switch their insurance coverage no matter the cost. Suffocating micromanagement, need to clock out to use the bathroom, every single minute of your day is watched by upper management. Every single person in management is a paid babysitter. Promises of making 80k, I performed in the top percentage of the company and am barely going to scratch 50k. Flat teaches the sales floor to lie to clients to make sales, upper management, recruiting flat out lies to prospective employees to get them to take the job. Anyone with vocal chords is hired, multiple individuals convicted on violent crime felonies are employed in the office. Zero reports or vision on your commission all at a janitors base hourly pay. Steer clear of this dumpsterfire of a company
