New support leadership is the most toxic we’ve had in years. My mental health declined rapidly working for them. Instead of giving us tools to help customers they focus on promoting toxic employees who align with their toxic leadership and point fingers at other teams who care for the company. After years and years dedicated to this company with many ups and downs I had to quit along with many of my peers
