Sales is rewarded as long as you grow the top line, but that’s tough as word-of-mouth and marketing are poor. If you are in CS, product or support, there is not infrastructure to support customers outside of you. Online tools are non-existent. Renewal managers and support are paid at most in the low $50’s.
