Great culture and leadership, highly flexible in terms of remote work. Just losing faith in product offering and pricing as we get more competitors. Product is super expensive for SMB. Also a lot of unnecessary, time consuming activities that are not revenue focused. Some travel required.

Going vertical with industries and geographical location does leave a lot of room for luck over your skill.
