My overall experience was really poor. Management put on a good show and talk a good game but are really weak and honestly completely fake. False front put on about inclusivity and support, some refer to very high EQ type leadership styles but it's just pretence, really no care taken and extremely selfish managers (they are not leaders.) Be warned despite what you see on the surface.

Great product, horrific senior leadership. Actually, no senior leadership. Just layers of management that work fully in silo and focus mainly on self preservation
