Too many white straight people, barely no diversity. However, they're making efforts and hiring more diverse folks. On the leadership side, zero diversity, straight white men, and maybe one straight white woman.

Overall positive, you move up after a year in seat to Senior. Moving up to a Small Business Account Executive role used to be direct, now it is very confusing.
