Okta could’ve done a lot of great things when acquiring the sales team at Auth0. But due to pay, politics and the economy more then 75% of Auth0 sellers jumped ship after the first year. As someone who stayed nothing has changed in year 2 going on 3. A mid-3 is a fair rating compared to being at Auth0 and other SaaS companies.

Macro conditions are making for a tough time for many reps. Company is at a crossroads dealing with increased competition - some good steps to remedy this issue are in place but too early to see if they will be effective
