Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Nuance has fantastic technology, lot's of great solutions and seem to be doing a good job in aligning territories and accounts. Where there are issues is with leadership. Everything is great when you're hitting goal, but when someone maybe struggling, leadership is very belittling, calling out in team meetings, tearing down and it's all fear based motivation. As much as they tout their culture, I was extremely disappointed in their inability to recognize challenges and work on solutions for those challenges. Managers seem to feel like they don't have time to deal with folks that are struggling, so they put the guilt trip on you, use PMPs and other ineffective tools and find ways to set you up for failure. What's worse, is that HR doesn't listen to the reps, and takes the management's word as the standard. The unrealistic expectations and favoritism treatment was out of control, especially if you needed any support or attention. Browse Other Reviews
