Horrible experience. Lasted 8 months which was 7 months longer than everyone I was hired with. 100% commission and you sell to family and friends. You ARE just selling insurance from an income perspective for a long time so if you're not good with that I would not take the job.

Good potential to grow but no base compensation. There is a lot of flexibility as far as setting your own hours and your production has no ceiling
