I love working for North State. I started out as a BDR and quickly was promoted up to Sales Manager based on my performance and experience. The opportunity also allowed me to gain experience in the EdTech field and eventually transition to a AE role with one of our clients. However, I still work for the company in a part time role supporting their sales opps and reporting.

Training was good when I started, but since the CEO has laid off the only people in leadership that understands sales and how to train it. It was a good intro to sales. The CEO is really shady. Decent company, but leadership could definitely implement some changes. Decent opportunity for someone trying to get their foot in the door with no diploma.
