Training was good when I started, but since the CEO has laid off the only people in leadership that understands sales and how to train it. It was a good intro to sales. The CEO is really shady. He takes on any client that is willing to pay him money, regardless of the product and how good of a fit it is for the BDR services NSC provides. CEO makes endless empty promises and talks big about how the company is in “growth mode” and how his goal is “to set the table so we can eat”. Then turns around two weeks later and laid off majority of the company.

Decent company, but leadership could definitely implement some changes. Decent opportunity for someone trying to get their foot in the door with no diploma.

I found my time at NSC helpful in learning the basics of selling, introducing me to the tech landscape in NC, and expanding my network so I could land my next role. The leadership has taken feedback seriously, and the company has committed to a full year of management training to improve culture, training, and feedback for all employees.
