Training was good when I started, but since the CEO has laid off the only people in leadership that understands sales and how to train it. It was a good intro to sales. The CEO is really shady. He takes on any client that is willing to pay him money, regardless of the product and how good of a fit it is for the BDR services NSC provides. CEO makes endless empty promises and talks big about how the company is in “growth mode” and how his goal is “to set the table so we can eat”. Then turns around two weeks later and laid off majority of the company.

Good way to get your feet wet & get some experience in a new career. They'll hire just about anyone. Update your resume and start looking for a new job elsewhere after 3 months though, most reps get fired before they hit 6 months.
