Positives include product/market fit, interesting product, remote work, and great direct manager.
Negatives include limited to none upward mobility, very confusing compensation structure (which has led to me hitting quota two quarters in a row but not hitting my full upside), and start up feel -- meaning AE's are doing a lot of groundwork for deals. No BDR's, no technical AM, etc.
