I've never been somewhere with such a high turnover rate--mostly because the quota is unattainable, the asks are unreasonable, but above all leadership is atrocious. I'm tired of seeing VPs with joke pronouns in their bio, sales leaders who think their reps are idiots, and the complacency from leaders who simply landed their role because they knew the CEO personally. Toxic is the truest word, but if you can stomach that and make it to the IPO, there might be some actual compensation for your work. Browse Other Reviews
