Wonderful APAC team with great incentives. Leading product and great place to start as an SDR. Enablement training isn’t as robust as other larger companies but plenty of support from other team members and management.

Pros: - Pay and bonuses are decent. - Some great coworkers. - Excellent city centre office. - Good starting point for an IT/Sales career. Company is disorganized, starting from sales enablement team team lacks true sales knowledge. Leadership is fine but coming from VP of Sales to Director of Sales have no idea of running a successful sales organization.
