The 2 week training was fun and easy and I thought okay this is going to be good but I was wrong. They basically only prospect closed lost opportunities from every segment and every lead had already been dialed 5-10 times but other reps. You can hear the frustration from clients. I had a client tell me that our company should get more leads because your team keeps calling. Realistically you only get maybe a lead every couple of days and if you don’t get big deals it’s impossible to hit goal. Too much politics and poor leadership just playing the blame game and putting entire segment on PIPs. Browse Other Reviews
