Good opp to make $100k+ in 1st few years out of school. Would recommend leveraging that to go elsewhere after though as it’s a 49 hour work week and you work every other Saturday, not realistic for long term career. Management is great, lead flow is great, just prepared to work until 830pm every day and until 6pm on Friday’s and 5 hours on Saturday

This culture is essentially a corporate fraternity. Their business model is to hire recent college grads and force them to work log hours and weekends until they burn out. Comp per deal is minimal and the comp has changed to make bonuses harder to attain. They do offer excellent industry training, but there are serious management issues that need to be addressed.

Newday USA’s business model is to hire recent college graduates under the pretense of a salary. Which is actually hourly. Work them until they are completely burnt out which requiring them to recruits on LinkedIn to find their replacements. They also require new hires to leave 5 star reviews on Glassdoor while still being onboarded. They have made commissions harder...Read More
