Current Employee3.7Nov 27, 2023My overall experience has been ok. There is no culture at Oracle apart from 1-2 days a week you go to the office and see people. Targets have been increases even though nobody hit them last year. Commison has gone down as targets have gone up. You can make good money with the commission but it is not easy. Very stressful

There’s also sales fluff BS LIKE happy hours and sporadic lunches or breakfasts. There is a lot of bad to this org. They’re casting a huge net to try to get whatever they can in SMB for a product that is too...Read More
