Working here is like being back in high school and college with drama, gossiping, and lots of "SuiteCest" (NetSuite Incest). Not a clear promotion pathway anymore.

It was fine. Great people just hard to hit your number unless you are a top performer. Management has favorites and moving up to the rep role isn’t always clear.

My overall experience here is ok. The base pay is not consistent with location. They pay all employees throughout the US the same base pay. The commission is never what they make it seem.
