Great place to start a career but talent leaves frequently and management doesn't do much to keep good talent in place. Monthly quotas with variable KPIs depending on your leaderships mood. Selling would be much more difficult without the fantastic Solution Consulting org.

NetSuite is a great product but does not have a product-market first for small businesses. Only 20 out of 300 emerging reps hit quota last year. Good leadership but unrealistic expectations.
