Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Speaking strictly for the Account manager role, compensation is pretty competitive and a 50/50 split is rare for such a role. Accounts seem distributed fairly enough, it feels like I have much more control over my destiny vs other sales roles. Opportunities to travel are abundant and encouraged.
Like most sales orgs, the direct side is going to be more difficult, competitive, and have less reps hitting quota. The Account Management side is not as tough but obviously comes with a lower upside.
There is very minimal training and hand holding here. You are expected to throw yourself in the fire and learn as you go. Management is extremely supportive throughout the process, but if you do not raise your hand often you will drown. Browse Other Reviews
