Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The Emerging (SME) function of the Sales Org in particular is to be frank, a mess. Have implemented a 'performance culture' as part of a restructuring initiative to downsize and manage people out the business. Less than 10% of reps hit quota in FY23. Misalignment on product-market fit is a key contributor to this, we're selling a mid-market solution to start-ups. But the biggest downfall is the lack of leadership, direction, and support to enable hard-working reps to have any chance of being successful in the role. Little interest in coaching and development, and way behind in implementing sales processes and best practice. If considering a role in Mid-Market, you may be in a decent position to gain some valuable experience, sell a great product to the right market and have relatively high earning potential. Otherwise, don't waste your time. There are some good people here that are supportive and want to help, but your progression and longevity in the business is more likely dependant on 'who you drink with after (or during) work', rather than your skillset, hardwork and commitment to the role.
