Base pay is eh, could be better. Lots of changes the last several months. Just prepping for a sale of the company. Ceo could do better. More alignment needs to be had amongst teams, no clue sometimes what is happening. Still more work to be done to fix things

Navigate360 is a great company to work for. You have the ability to sell some good products to schools in need. Pay could be better but a good job for a starter SDR.
