- Brand recognition is very strong, good access to C-level decision makers via the network, interesting product lines
Bad:
- Below average pay
- Sales success very tied to territory and product mix in role
- Limited opportunity for upward mobility. Very well tenured reps and limited TAM
- Toxic leadership and bullying culture
