Micromanagement - VPs joining demos for small deals, no trust, priorities/focuses change every month. Crowded market place, product is not differentiated, PE back company so all focus on new client acquisition, lots of customer churn with no system in place to improve CSAT/adoption.

Overall experience pretty decent. Good base salary but inbound lead flow is very unpredictable. Few reps hit quota
