They lie to you about your compensation during the interview process and after starting they make up random numbers and when the quarter ends they change your targets by increasing them 300%. I and others have taken legal action against them.

The business 3x'd their sales teams, 1.6x'd targets but lead flow has stalled (less than before). The market and industry will tell for what to expect, but there are competitors struggling as well.
