It's a start up so A LOT of growing pains mixed in with cross-communication in different time zones can create very early mornings and late evenings trying to close deals. The job is not for the faint of heart. EOR is a very messy business. It takes time to sell it but can be rewarding if you push through.

Worst company I've ever worked for. They lie to you about your compensation during the interview process and after starting they make up random numbers and when the quarter ends they change your targets by increasing them 300%. I and others have taken legal action against them.
