Lots of competition and uncertainty to hit quotas, top of the funnel is lacking. The business 3x'd their sales teams, 1.6x'd targets but lead flow has stalled (less than before). The market and industry will tell for what to expect, but there are competitors struggling as well.

company scaling too fast and not enough leadership. Great product, but no real trust in their workers to do their jobs.

It's a start up so A LOT of growing pains mixed in with cross-communication in different time zones can create very early mornings and late evenings trying to close deals. The job is not for the faint of heart. EOR is a very messy business. It takes time to sell it but can be rewarding if you push through.
