Multiplier is a growing company. There are some good opportunities to be had but, they have a leadership problem. Seems like nobody in leadership is ever in sync. The base could be better. The team is great and they do take care of you.

It's a start up so A LOT of growing pains mixed in with cross-communication in different time zones can create very early mornings and late evenings trying to close deals. The job is not for the faint of heart. EOR is a very messy business. It takes time to sell it but can be rewarding if you push through.
