Current Employee3.1Sep 20, 2023It feels like MuleSoft’s best days are behind it. Weird to say given it’s Salesforce’s highest-performing cloud. The commercial/mid-market feels tapped, but plenty of opportunity within SMB with new pricing. Previously good training - now it’s less MuleSoft focused, as the company has mostly lost its independent MuleSoft culture.

They change their strategy every year, changing promotion criteria is one thing but with their new hub model has meant hard working colleagues are ‘in between’ and aren’t eligible for promotion.
