Absolutely awful. Emotionally scarred. They change their strategy every year, changing promotion criteria is one thing but with their new hub model has meant hard working colleagues are ‘in between’ and aren’t eligible for promotion. Success completely down to territory, not talent related. I know reps who are stuck and their only choice is to quit. Org recognises bad territories, but because of this can’t get promoted and leaving reps in grey space with moving hubs. Awful place to work

Great company to work for honestly. The only downside for solution engineers is that you don’t have individual quotas.
