Was merged into Motorola when they acquired Pelco. Local team in Australia was excellent and direct level managers were fantastic. Had migration issues with products but had been improving after a while. Senior management responsible for Video Security are very detached and reactive. Business restructured frequently and micro managing started creeping in. Overall...Read More

My overall experience has been okay. It’s a great company culture, but the company is really slow to pay sales people. The sales incentive plan doesn’t motivate you to close business Internationally.

Great company, one of the market leaders in this industry. Comp structure could be stronger. But overall great company and really solid culture. A lot of winners on this team. CEO has great vision and leadership is solid. Great product market fit.
