My experience was solid. Deals are definitely doable here but the market was tough and clients were not in a position to use us. Hopefully when things improve, business can pick up.

Awful. First off, this place is in the heart of Copley square in boston. Nightmare commute on the MBTA for anyone that doesn't live right in back bay. The office/culture is that of a conservative org from the 50s. No perks, strict dress code for no reason, work 10 hours a day minimum. All to have your manager take most of your commission pyramid scheme style. Crappy...Read More

There is a lack of direction coming from the top of leadership. Motion recently integrated with another company, and a lot of those folks have voluntarily left after not liking the unorganized nature of how Motion works.
