Awful. First off, this place is in the heart of Copley square in boston. Nightmare commute on the MBTA for anyone that doesn't live right in back bay. The office/culture is that of a conservative org from the 50s. No perks, strict dress code for no reason, work 10 hours a day minimum. All to have your manager take most of your commission pyramid scheme style. Crappy pay and commission structure and as the highest producing member of my team i was always given poor performance reviews because i didnt smile enough. As soul sucking as it gets.

My experience was solid. Deals are definitely doable here but the market was tough and clients were not in a position to use us. Hopefully when things improve, business can pick up.
