I would not recommend any sales professional consider working at Morning Consult - my quota, compensation plan, territory, and leadership have changed multiple times throughout 2023 already, I was a top performing rep in 2022, and I'm currently a top performing rep in 2023 and I'm consistently threatened with performance reviews that may lead to termination when I speak up about poor senior leadership, low morale, bullying, and harassment at the office. Morning Consult does not even bother paying lip service to contemporary DEI standards. It is not a welcoming environment to work for.

I could not recommend Morning Consult less. The SaaS product is cool but there is no compelling use case for it, as validated by prospects who don' t move forward and customers churn. Well compensated, the surrounding team you work with as an AE is fantastic, and most clients really like working with MC.
