Well compensated, the surrounding team you work with as an AE is fantastic, and most clients really like working with MC. But in the past 12mo. org. culture and professional development have seriously turned in the wrong direction. If MC leadership can mature and stop treating the org like a 20 person company and invest in sales in line with the size of the company it is today, then it has potential be a good place to be as an AE.

It has gone so downhill. Comp structure keeps changing for the worse and it has zapped any motivation. Just treading water right now until I find something else - easy to find something better.
