Good starting role for getting to know the industry. If you have the opportunity to make more money somewhere else, I would take it. Pay was based on how well you worked with your manager not based on your performance.

My overall experience was solid. Incentives were somewhat lacking, which is why I ultimately sought an alternative position with another company. The base pay was good and the professional development were there, however, the earning potential was limited in my eyes.
