Great culture, need to do better with compensation. Need to continue to evolve with the times. Leadership needs to be better with where they want the company to go. No clear goals for the future.

Good team and culture. But very low product fit, legacy infrastructure and processes make it very hard to be agile and adapt to current market conditions.

Experience was ok overall. Towards the end was treated quite poorly, and given very little chance to succeed with a remote manager that only met me once during tenure.

I worked at Monster from 2014-2018. From what I gather things are quite different now. I think it’s a much harder sell.
