I worked at Monster from 2014-2018. From what I gather things are quite different now. I think it’s a much harder sell.

Great culture, need to do better with compensation. Need to continue to evolve with the times. Leadership needs to be better with where they want the company to go. No clear goals for the future.

I was there at a weird time. Their PPC product was just entering the market and they hadn't really figured it out yet. Most of their sales people were very tenured and had been there forever, so I think that says something. Can't speak to much about it now, but they've been known to pay well.
