Pros Amazing team, amazing people, all pursuing clean energy. The training and ongoing support for the role is top notch. The company really does stand by it's work and provides a premium product and service to the customers. No doubt about it. Cons Pay can be little tricky to figure out, In-home sales role - heavily performance based and schedule varies wildly. I at least couldn't find work-life balance. You can earn a lot at the top if you perform at the top of your game and the trainings and material are all there for you to be a star player, but you have to commit all your energy and time. If you're hungry - want to support a great cause at a great company this is the place to be. Even more so, if you're completely new to sales as the support behind you is fantastic.

Your experience will vary tremendously depending on who you get as a manager and the territory you are in. The fact you get fed leads is a big plus but also found the company’s sales a bit off since you learn a script and are told to use that script and will have an ai recording “your voice only” in every meeting to ensure you are sticking to the script.
