Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at this company during my six-year tenure was great at the beginning, especially during the first four years. Although we faced difficult challenges growing the department, we were able to strive and triple the department and its revenue. Unfortunately, during the last two years of my stay, new directors and VPs were brought in with little to no experience, and their workflow implementations deteriorated the existing dynamic culture we had worked hard to establish. Many of the original team members who contributed to the department's prosperity resigned, and some team members even filed legal complaints against the new VP for harassment and unsafe workplace conditions. Seeing this turmoil unfold was devastating for me, considering all the hard work my team and I had put in for so many consistent years. These unfortunate events ultimately forced me to seek better opportunities elsewhere.
