My overall experience at momentum has been a positive one, constant training that can bring immediately results to you sales, low base pay and subpar benefits are the biggest downsides. Overall pay structure is setup so if you sell an average of 10 deals per month and you can achieve a pull through of above 65% you will make around 100k in a year. So as long as you take the training well you shouldn't worry to much with base pay. Benefits do need an improvement, insurance company is hands down the worst ive ever had to use and if you take medication you end up paying so much more for insurance and it can almost justify a move alone.

There is a chance to make good money. That being said your work-life balance and sanity are at risk. you're "on call" all day from 8 am to 8 pm waiting for a text to tell you about an appointment.
