Pay is good, product is great, market is fairly easy and the sales cycle is quick. Don't expect culture, raises, promotions, training, questions answered in a timely or helpful way unless you ask multiple times and then ask for clarification each time.

My overall experience was moderate/good. Base pay was solid. Typical startup chaos, still figuring out a lot of internal sales processes. No assigned AE, so not much of an opportunity to build a collaborative relationship with them. OTE was semi-attainable. Not many reps hitting quota. Lead quality was poor but working on being improved upon.
