My overall experience was moderate/good. Base pay was solid. Typical startup chaos, still figuring out a lot of internal sales processes. No assigned AE, so not much of an opportunity to build a collaborative relationship with them. OTE was semi-attainable. Not many reps hitting quota. Lead quality was poor but working on being improved upon.

"My overall experience is that they have a great market fit and that they're well positioned in the market. However there is limited growth, still in the startup phase, and a lower average compensation plan.
