Current Employee3.0Jan 22, 2024Used to be great, willscot came in and they changed the comp plan, you won’t get paid until you hit 35 activations which if you live where it snows and construction slows and trucks can’t run, is very hard. Base is ok. They added so many reps that leads are oversaturated now.
